Key Holding

We can provide access for holiday changeovers, trades, utilities, gas checks, and arrange for deliveries. If requested, we can sign out keys to tradespeople for access to the property, or accompany a visitor if required.

Property Visits
|
For your peace of mind we can arrange regular security and maintenance checks on your property. These will be on different days at different times and by a member of our staff, allowing us to air and thoroughly check your property.

24/7 Helpline
|
We provide a fully comprehensive 24hr, 7 days a week call-out service in the event of emergency. We will try to resolve any problem straight away, otherwise it will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Inventory
|
We can provide an inventory for both initial creation and for scheduled inspections. The creation is detailed to include photographs and serial numbers of electrical goods.

Administration
|
We can collect mail from a vacant property and forward to the customers address or retain it until the next owner visit. We can also handle the payment of utility bills on behalf of the owner. A complete property management service for your home on Lake Como.
