Our monthly property inspections will let you know if any routine proprty maintenance is required on the property or on any appliances and we will inform our owners.
We have sourced and vetted a pool of trusted qualified trades on Lake Como, many of whom are available at short notice. For most jobs we can arrange a free quotation where required.
Only the best suppliers and contractors will be used to carry out work on your home, garden and pool. Prima Property Services does not use any 'Jack of all trades, master of none'. We only use specialised and qualified tradesmen, suppliers and contractors that are reliable, trustworthy and local to your area in Lake Como. Projects
